Opening 2480 Chaos Chests
So I opened 2480 chaos chests in one go today, here's what I got.
~This unboxing was done on the PTS, which seemed to exclude Tradable and Non-Tradable Chaos Coins from the loot tables, as I received none.
~I did this with 300 magic find. (I am unaware if magic find affects the loot you get from opening chests.)
~It is possible to open a chaos chest and receive 5 or 50 more, which happened numerous times in this opening session. The actual number of chests opened is probably closer to 3000, but this data should reflect the loot from having 2480 chests initially.
~Market values taken at approximately 3 AM PDT on 11/14/15 on NA server. (There was significant downtime on 11/13/15 (9:30 AM to 5:50 PM).
~There were no shadowy sarcophagus mounts on the market at the time, so I used the value of its previous season's counter-part mount, the skyjacked sarcophagus.
While I did open the loot on the PTS, I hopped over and acquired the value for all the items on the live (non-PTS) server.
My loot summed up:

Chaos Chest - 2480 - 1000 - 2480000
Opening chaos chests can be profitable to even the unlucky players as just over 40 percent of the loot value came from the common and uncommon items, almost refunding the player the entire cost of the chests. Additionally, this test was run with the chest "karma" system, which rewards one guaranteed rare item on every 70th chest open. However, it should be noted that this test was run on the release day of the new Thanksgiving themed patch, which introduced a few new mounts and the Turkeytopia Mystery Box, the prices of which seemed quite steep (due to a lack of supply and competition to sell those items). More so, this test was conducted during the "double chaos chest" week, during which players would receive double the amount of chaos chests for their chaos factor points for logging in each day. This likely lowered the price on the chaos chest and could give the illusion of the potential for high rewards when in actuality, chaos chests could still be a trove flux sink. It all depends on the player's ability to sell the items he unboxes, and how much the community is willing to pay for those items.
Opening chaos chests in bulk sessions seems to be profitable, but several factors lead me to believe that the time at which you buy chaos chests and sell the loot from them is actually the determining factor in how big one's return is, instead of the actual loot itself.
The imbalance between emblems is quite silly
Given the price on Fragments of Wonder, Surestrike is worth about 1 radiant item (135k Trove Flux), and we know that a radiant costs 30€ in the shop, which buys us the 3250 Credit bundle 1.5 times, which is 4875 Credits, 6.5 times the price of Surestrike, in cubits this equals 42250(6500*6.5), lets say 42k to make things easier.

R4PG How To Get Trove Flux - Prowling Shadow
Hey all, So with all these new things coming to trove that are highly impossible for me to get the way intended, I need lots of flux to buy them (mounts, pets). Sadly the only way of flux farming I have right now is farming U5 dungeons, racking in 12 flux per item, but it takes a long time to conjure up enough for a mount such as the pinata (not the autumn one, like I'll ever get 12k lol) from what I know they sell from 2k-3k flux, while digglsy is 1-1.5k, and samantha is 3.5k? Just wanting to know if there is a faster way to gain flux. Thanks!
Ideas For The Trove
"Why is this idea mostly about the coin? What's the coin going to do? How useful May it be and how much trove flux or glim can I sell it for?"
A Sea terraformer grew a tree in my building
the water terraformer changed the water and didn't change the shape of the land too much but it went 2 blocks into my gold and silver walls i made
