Popular Path of Exile 3.3 Deadeye Ranger Builds
Deadeye is also a good choice for these players who love projectile damage and area of effect, but if you are new to Path of Exile or just started your Incursion league trip, it would be a little difficult to create a Deadeye build, so R4PG would share some PoE 3.3 Deadeye Ranger Builds to you:
1. [PoE 3.3] Quantity Hunter - Elemental Hit Deadeye - Quill Rain / Windripper
2. [PoE 3.3]Make it Rain - RoA build Deadeye progression
3. [PoE 3.3] ice rain(ROA)+barrage
4. [3.3] Deadeye - Power Siphon/Barrage Aestethic Wander
1. [PoE 3.3] Quantity Hunter - Elemental Hit Deadeye - Quill Rain / Windripper
I performed Kinetic Blast in 3.3, when compared with, I favor Elemental hit, obviously, you will not have a similar Clearspeed in maps like Subterranean Ocean, but therefore you've got a better obvious in opened up Areas and you may slay Bosses without needing borders or jewel swap, you can also use virtually every quantity item especially Windripper!
Pros:
Fast Clearspeed
High Quantity Gear
Low Budget with high valuable good engame gear
No Uber-Lab required
Full Elemental damage...Phys Reflect np
Beginners Friendly
Cons:
Low defense (Max Resistenz Cap + around 4-5k life)
Requires insane Gear to do end content
Bad league starter as its weak against Bosses early
Wouldnt recommend SSF (Mostly everythings Unique)
No Elemental Reflect
Ascendency:
First Points, you ought to have a minimum of 1.2k existence and dodge izaros attacks, I suggest killing all of the additional stuff so you've got a simpler fight and obtain what exactly
Begin with Fast and Deadly should you possess a Quill Rain already, Blink Arrow Cooldown is going to be very good to complete the storyline
Next points, Used to do the second lab with level 62 using rares quill rain (4link) and a pair of Combat Focus Jewels, however, you ought to have good resistance and most likely around 2.5k existence, still need dodge attacks I recommend killing the extra stuff, just obtain the points and do not waste enough time
Finally 3rd lab, its tough killing him with quill rain, although not to hard, used to do it before killing kitava with capped res and around 3.5k existence (kitava was doable at this time pretty too, for that time before you kill both I suggest you leveling at bloodstream aqueduct, marketing the humbleness cards very good, several raw chaos shedding
Bandits:
You can respec later into passive points if you have nice jewels, otherwise it will be hard to get the resistences also the multiplier is pretty nice, mana with quill rain anyway
Pantheon:
Depends on the situation, for pure farming you can take whatever you want
Cant do Elemental Reflect anyway...Mostly not stationary

2. [PoE 3.3]Make it Rain - RoA build Deadeye progression
This is a revised version of the guide (sort of) for my RoA Ranger.
I must explain first, this build is untested for just about any finish game bosses (protector, shaper, red elder, uber atziri). Sadly with my real existence commitment at this time, I haven't got lots of time to play Road to Exile.
Gem Setup:
RoA - WED - Added Cold Dmg - Cold Pen - Increase Crit Strike/Dmg(depends on how much crit I get) - PPAD or FA
At this time I must point out that obtaining a 20q Crit strike chance jewel is essential, cause we would like because crit as possible, also Vaal RoA is great to possess at 20q
Vaal RoA is awesome for bosses, especially if you land crit with it. you can see the boss health going down so nicely.
Single Target: Blast Rain - WED - conc eff - PPAD - FA - crit strike/dmg
Alt Single Target: barrage - WED - PPAD - FA - added cold dmg - crit strike/dmg
as you guys see, I don't have a 5/6l bow yet so I cannot test it fully, to decide which one is a better boss killer (if you fail with Vaal RoA)
Utilities:
Frost wall + spell echo +increase AOE (helps keep the bosses at safe distance)
Hatred + herald of ice
Progression:
Spoiler
first, we grab the Phys to cold and move to duelist area: www.poeurl.com/bY0y
After that, I tend to do all the "travel" part: www.poeurl.com/bY0z
Then I start filling the most crucial things (no set way, depends upon that which you feel in-game, either more dmg or even more existence), Personally, i begin with crit nodes adopted by existence:
from there I pick all the life I can, as you will notice that you have like 2k in act 8/9, and its kinda scary: www.poeurl.com/bY0A

3. [PoE 3.3] ice rain(ROA)+barrage
my first build that actually works, perhaps a bit costly. I don't have the products around the build. since I have no assets. so I don't understand how good it's totally. But give it a try. I believe it's fun. good obvious speed. I must receive tips about enhancements.

4. [3.3] Deadeye - Power Siphon/Barrage Aestethic Wander
This can be a classic wander build with power syphon. Farming t8 formed funeral chambers for the time being. Gonna try guardians increase this publish soon.
Pros:
+ Fast Clearspeed: 9 Projectiles, Chains 3 times, Shatters, Far Shot... You can easily clear the whole screen and keep going... It's even faster in the wide open maps cause of Vaal Power Siphon.
+ Single Target: Barrage is one of the best single target skill. Most of the bosses melt against you.
+ Being Squishy: Decent evade chance, really good dodge chance with Vaal grace, high movespeed, far shot. You'll barely take hits in a map.
Cons:
- Not Budget Friendly: Jewels and rare items are really expensive. Body armour isn't cheap enough too. When you try to make a budget version of this build, you become "glass but not cannon" build.
- Can't Run All Map Mods: Ele Reflect and Cannot leech is impossible. Avoid ailments and temporal chains are doable but not QoL
- Not Viable For Hardcore: We don't have enough lifepool and a dodge based build is too much rng for hardcore...
Gem Setup
6L Body Armour
Barrage > Added Lightning Damage > Elemental Focus > Elemental Damage with Attacks(4L) > Greater Multiple Projectiles(5L) > Lightning Penetration(6L)
4L Gloves
Vaal Power Siphon > Elemental Damage With Attacks > Chain > Elemental Focus (+ added light from thunderfist)
4L Defensive Setup
CWDT(1 level) > Immortal Call(3 level) > Increased Duration(Max Level) > Vaal Grace(Max Level)
4L Aura + CoH
Herald of Ice > Curse On Hit > Elemental Weakness > Wrath
3L Utility
Summon Ice golem + Blood Rage + Decoy Totem (you can drop decoy totem for an increased duration or a mobility skill)
3L Power Charge
Orb Of Storms > Increased Critical Strikes > Power Charge on Critical Strike
This setup is perfect for bosses, you won't want to hit power siphon until get power charges then use barrage making this a choice. But you could drop this for any mobility setup (lightning warp faster casting less duration or quick affliction... or flame dash faster casting...)
Bandits
Alira as a usual crit build choice. We need crit, we need resists, we have mana hunger... So 2 passives isn't a good option we have to take Alira.
Ascendancy
Gathering Winds > Far Shot > Richochet > Endless Munitions
Pantheon
Lunaris for mapping, Solaris for bosses. Our leech is good enough against blood rage, arakaali is not necessary for that.
