First "legit" build which I made (sorta a newcomer to the sport), like a league starter for incursion, and clearing is a breeze to date, so thought I share my build/concept for individuals wanting a wild offensive melee build, that is not a glass cannon requiring Incursion to obtain two million  dmg (against shaper).

 

Pro's

+Amazing Clear Speed

+Stupid Boss Killer

+Fast movement speed due to fast leap slam=faster mapping=more exp/items

+GREAT League Starter

+Budget friendly to be effective

+Decently high/fast Leech (Vaal Pact)

+Near or over 10 sec Vaal Skills duration

+Works from the get-go (lv 1)

+Phys reflect immunity

 

Con's

-Average life/ defences

-Uses basically all of your skill bars, need above 40 IQ to manage buttons

-Can't do ele reflect with shaper stat stick

 

Vaal Double Strike

2. [PoE 3.3]Powerful Earthquake Slayer (beginner friendly league starter fast, all content, Lab farmer)


Why Earthquake?

Earthquake is a good-looking, powerful and exciting Skill to play. It deals high damage, which one-shots trash and even tougher enemies with ease. In 3.3 EQ got a huge buff in damage and the aftershock trigger much faster, from 1.5s to 1s. 

3.3 Update: Vaal Earthquake deals amazing single target damage! It is very good for Incursion rooms and harder map bosses.

 

Why Slayer? WHY NOT JUGGERNAUT?!

To begin with, Juggernaut is a superb Ascendancy, however, Personally, I think it's frequently utilized in the incorrect situations with wrong builds. Slayer has amazingly great offence abilities which synergies perfectly with Earthquake.

The 20% Cull note is ideal for Bosses and combines by using "20% more damage should you wiped out lately" it offers exactly the same damage because of the Berserker node "Facet of Carnage" without drawbacks. Just kill all. Two points are worth more than any of the buffs they give you.

 

The Pantheon

Major God: Soul of Arakaali

Attempt to upgrade this Pantheon as quickly as possible to benefit from the "50% elevated recovery Rate of Life if you have stopped taking Damage with time lately".

For this reason, our Bloodrage-CwDT-Immortal Call-Elevated Duration Setup is really important.

 

Incursion League Update:

 

-  The levelling went pretty smooth. Akt5 and Akt10 Kitava were pretty easy and deathless. 

-  Going into Maps with around 5k Life. Damage felt pretty good and I didn't have to skip any Incursions rooms and temples. 

-  Uberlab has done at level 78, deathless. Also, carried a friend.

-  Level 85: Started Uberlab farming and got a Molten strike Enchant, which I sold to get a Disfavour.

-  Got my helmet enchant. Doing now T13+ maps. Still no 6l.

Currently, level 93, next step is getting a Sixlink.

3. [PoE 3.3] Shaper = Stunned, Tidebreaker Heavy Strike Stunner Build


Hello guys, this can be a helpful guide to the stunning build I have been playing for over a year because of the Incursion League. Centred around Tidebreaker and high Strike, this can be a solid build that may do all content and may consistently stun-lock everything including Shaper.

 

In this guide, the abbreviation "r.E.S.T." appears often; it stands for the "reduced Enemy Stun Threshold" modifier, a key concept in this build.

 

Updates for 3.3:

 

This build experienced a couple of buffs in 3.3:

 

1. The Ground Slam buff is making Ground Slam a viable choice now.

 

2. Being able to generate Vaal Souls during boss fights makes Vaal Haste more consistent. Although GGG nerfed it a bit, it's still a good gem.

 

3. Endurance Charge on Melee Stun Support now gives 4% more damage per charge instead of 3%. This is a minor buff to this build.

 

4. The "always attack without moving" toggle button is actually a significant buff. Now Empire's Grasp is less important as we can set "always attack without moving" on for every skill except Heavy Strike.

 

Pros:

 

1. Stun-locks everything. Which means:

-fun to watch mobs getting stunned;

-won't take much damage at all;

-simple and quick boss fights without needing to know what the boss does;

-can protect the whole party from dying;

-don't have to chase fleeing enemies across the map.

 

2. Solid offence and defence. No problem killing any stun immune bosses.

3. Cool reverse knock-back vacuum effect.

4. Easy early league Uber Lab farming.

5. Hardcore viable.

6. Best frame rate you will ever have.

7. Doesn't require mirrors to reach this build's full potential.

 

Cons:

 

1. No top-tier clear speed.

2. A sudden rise in difficulty when you face enemies that you cannot stun.

3. Rely on leeching and stunning, so it's dangerous to play while lagging.

4. Weapon or gem swap is needed in certain scenarios.

5. Heavy Strike doesn't look fancy at all.

6. Tiebreaker and Kaom's Heart are not cheap, and the build can feel Rippy without them.
